◆ The parts that finish a load
Pallet accessories.
A pallet is half the job. Collars turn it into a bin, caps protect the stack, dunnage keeps freight from wandering, and corner boards save your product from the banding. All reclaimed, all cut to spec.
Tell us the pallet size and load — we'll spec the collars, caps and bracing to match.

What we stock alongside pallets
Accessories are the difference between a bare deck and a shippable, protected unit load. We build and cut ours from reclaimed lumber, so the collars, caps and dunnage that finish your load carry the same low-waste story as the pallet under it.
Pallet collars & bins
Hinged wooden frames that stack onto a pallet to turn it into a box. Fold flat when empty, add height in tiers, and knock down for storage. Great for loose parts, produce and returnable packaging.
Caps & top frames
A deck or frame that sits on top of a stacked load to spread the weight of the pallet above it. Protects goods, squares up double-stacked loads, and keeps banding from crushing the top layer.
Skids
Single-face pallets — deck on top, no bottom boards. Lighter and cheaper for one-way shipping, machinery bases and display stands where racking isn't needed.
Dunnage & bracing lumber
Reclaimed boards and blocks used to fill voids, chock loads and keep freight from shifting in a trailer or container. Waste wood that earns a second job before it's ever recycled.
Corner boards & edge protectors
L-shaped wood or board protectors that guard product edges from banding and strap pressure, and let you cinch a unit load tight without denting the goods.
Runners & bearer stock
Cut lumber for building bases, mounting equipment, or reinforcing existing pallets. Reclaimed, de-nailed, and cut to your length.

Accessory, use & typical spec
A cheat sheet for spec'ing the parts around your pallet. Sizes are common defaults — everything can be cut to your footprint.
| Accessory | What it's for | Typical spec |
|---|---|---|
| Pallet collar | Build collapsible walls / bins | 48×40, hinged, ~8 in tall, stackable in tiers |
| Cap / top frame | Protect goods when double-stacking | 48×40 deck or frame, sits on load top |
| Skid (single-face) | One-way ship, machine base, display | 48×40 top deck, no bottom boards |
| Dunnage lumber | Fill voids, chock & brace freight | Reclaimed 1× / 2× boards, cut to length |
| Corner board | Guard edges under banding | L-profile, 24–48 in, wood or laminated board |
| Runner / bearer | Reinforce or build bases | 2×4 / 4×4 reclaimed stock, cut to order |

★ Why reclaimed accessories
Bracing that would've been scrap
Dunnage, corner boards and runners are exactly the kind of short cut lumber that usually gets tossed. We divert it. You get cheaper bracing; the landfill gets nothing.
Lower cost
Reclaimed boards beat new lumber on price for parts that just need to do a job and get out of the way.
Cut to spec
De-nailed, squared and cut to your lengths in the same yard that builds your pallets.

Accessories FAQ
What is a pallet collar?
A pallet collar is a hinged wooden frame that fits the top edge of a standard pallet to create four walls. Stack several to build height, fold them flat when empty. They turn a flat pallet into a reusable, collapsible bin.
What is dunnage?
Dunnage is the loose lumber, blocks and bracing used to secure freight — filling gaps, chocking wheels, and stopping loads from sliding in transit. We supply reclaimed boards cut for exactly this, keeping usable wood in service.
Do accessories fit standard 48x40 pallets?
Yes — most collars, caps and top frames are built to the 48x40 GMA footprint, and we can cut dunnage, runners and corner boards to any size. Tell us the pallet dimensions and load and we'll match the parts.
