Our services

We buy, sell, recycle, haul and remanufacture reclaimed wood pallets and related goods. Details, sizes, grades and availability described on the site are provided in good faith and may change. Any quote or estimate we provide is exactly that — an estimate — and is not a binding contractuntil we confirm the order in writing. Confirmed orders are subject to the specific terms we agree with you at the time.

Information you provide

When you request a quote or provide details (quantities, sizes, locations, and similar), you agree that the information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. We rely on it to prepare quotes and schedule work, and inaccurate information may affect pricing, availability or scheduling.

Pricing & availability

Pricing, inventory and lead times depend on market conditions, grade, size and volume, and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed. Reclaimed pallets are, by nature, a variable product; we grade honestly, but exact stock can vary from what's shown on the site.

Intellectual property

The content on this website — text, graphics, logos, layout and the “Pallet Passport” and related concepts — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable law. You may view and share it for legitimate, non-commercial reference, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish or exploit it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site or forms for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
• Submit false, misleading or spam content, or attempt to overwhelm our forms;
